Every individual has a compass that navigates one’s soul towards true purpose. Sometimes we walk with others who are calibrated in the same direction; sometimes we must walk apart and trust that setting our device to it’s true settings will only allow other’s to more accurately calibrate themselves. Sometimes, the greatest way to serve others is to be true to our highest self, to not sacrifice ourselves to align with others. A symphony cannot play itself if ALL notes synchronize towards the chord with the highest gravitational pull. As a collective, we harmonize together, yet we also need the renegades, the unusual, the agents of change that create the movement necessary to deharmonize our collective creation into a creature that is an octave higher than the prior chord. Such change cannot happen without discord, dismantling of the old, as we embrace the inevitable, the new, the catharsis of the collective as it sheds it’s cocoon and reemerges into the borderlands of consciousness...
